"I used to work with Ashley and asked if she knew of any houses in a certain price range in Kalamazoo.  Within 1 day her Mom (Shelley) called me and I had a list of over 15 to look at.  I went with the the two of them twice and at the end of the second day - I knew which one I wanted.  Upon inspection several big problems were discovered, but, they got these items fixed - found good repair people for me - and got several thousand knocked off the agreed upon price.  They went above and beyond for me.  I can't find the words to thank them for what they did.  I  know I will tell everyone who needs a Realtor to call them!"

We had previously listed our home with 2 Realtors and they just stuck a sign in the yard and we never heard from them until our contract was up.  Shelley sent us a letter asking if we were interested in relisting, frankly we needed to sell but were upset with the whole process.  She was in weekly contact, helped to stage our house (even brought in things for us at her cost), had Open Houses and SOLD our house!  The only thing she could add to her service would be dancing lessons!  She did a wonderful job, above and beyond what we expected.

We wanted to move and Shelley made that possible.  She did everything she promised, was there day and night when we called, no question was too stupid and listened to all our problems.  She found us a good mortgage company, helped us get approved and with the inspections, and frankly we could not add anything to her service, she could not do a better job.  Thanks a lot Shelley!

We started working with Shelley when she was with another agency.  When she left, we thought we would just stay with them rather than her.  Big mistake.  We were not treated the same by the people they had there.  We called and asked her if she would work with us again and to our delight she said yes, of course.  We didn't have a lot of money to spend but she didnt care, she wanted to help us.  She found us a place to get a loan, set up our inspections, even had someone come out and fix some things she knew would need repair and was there for us all the time.  She found us an amazing home and we thank her for it every day.

The Otsego Historical Society

Dear Shelley:

On behalf of the Otsego Area Historical Society I wish to extend out gratitude for your help during the transfer of the late Paul Young's gift to O.A.H.S., namely the Morter Blacksmith Shop in Otsego, MI. 

On a personal note, trustee Bob Gaudio spoke of your time and generosity that simplified the conveyance of the property.  Excuse the flowery prose but it is gestures such as yours that help sow the seeds of historic preservation.  Thank you.  We look forward to future possibilities and developement of this historic site.
